We do our best to match the durians that we have received for the day based on your expectations, however, durians are natural fruits, and the actual taste and texture may not be 100% to your exact liking. • Mixture of large and small seeds
• Each box weighs 450g
• Durians may reach you chilled for food safety and quality assurance
• Orders may be pushed to the following day if the durians on the day is deem unsatisfactory by Vlack team

At Vlack, we adhere to a 100% Replacement Policy, which is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If the durians you receive are unripe, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Immediately contact us with your order number.
2. Send us photos/videos showing the issue you’re experiencing.
3. Refrain from consuming the durian and keep it contained in its current box.
4. Await a one-to-one replacement from our courier.
5. Vlack reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any disputes.
